Windsor Hills is an exclusive gated resort situated in the very heart of Kissimmee. Its fantastic location is just one of its great features. It is only two miles from Disney World and very close to Orlando's other main attractions, such as Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando.

Windsor Hills Resort is perfect for family and friends and has great communal facilities, which compliment the spacious, well appointed and comfortable villas.

The swimming pool with children's water slides are the focal point of the resort. The fitness room has state-of-the-art equipment and the games room is equipped with pool tables and video games. The on-site clubhouse also has a small cinema and a shop for food, newspapers and other essentials.

As most villas are privately owned, each is different in style, design, character and layout however you can rest assured that all our private villas are air-conditioned, have a screened off private swimming pool to stop pesky mosquitoes (mainly in the summer months), a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and have at least two bathrooms.

Each villa does have the facility to have heated pool heat however this is an additional charge.

Choose from five & six bedroom villas. Each villa features a living area and fully equipped kitchen which include washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven, a private screened swimming pool, towels and linen provided.
