Many of our private Superior villas can be found near the Kissimmee area, usually within a 25 minute drive of Walt Disney world Resort, along the US-192 or US-27 (in Polk or Osceloa County).

All villas are allocated on arrival, unless otherwise stated. After driving to our Homes Center, located on the US-192 in the Kissimmee area, you will then be given the keys and driving instructions to your allocated villa. If you would rather know your villa location before leaving the UK, not a problem, we offer an array of named villa locations however you will pay a premium to guarantee a villa location.  

Our wide range of Superior villas are a perfect choice for a fully flexible Orlando holiday, offering unbeatable value for money, all the home-from-home comforts you would expect, plus the added freedom to come and go as you please, day and night.

As most villas are privately owned, each is different in style, design, character and layout however you can rest assured that all our private villas are air-conditioned, have a screened off private swimming pool to stop pesky mosquitoes (mainly in the summer months), a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and have at least two bathrooms.

Each villa does have the facility to have heated pool heat however this is an additional charge.

Choose from three bedroom villas up to six-bedroom villas. Each villa features a living area and fully equipped kitchen which include washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven, a private screened swimming pool, towels and linen provided.

Additional charges will be made for cots, high chairs and pool heat.
