All of our Executive private villas are located in residential areas within the Kissimmee area or near to the US-192 or on US-27. Both roads lead to Kissimmee and of course, to the magical world of Walt Disney World Resort.

Our Executive villas are located in the more recognisable communities in the Disney area, and are superior to our standard villas with better calibre of furniture and will have additional facilities to our standard villa range.

All of our villas are located on arrival however if you would prefer a named villa location we can also confirm a specific location at time of booking in a variety of popular locations throughout the Kissimmee area at a small supplement.

Our wide range of Executive villas are a perfect choice for a fully flexible Orlando holiday, offering unbeatable value for money, all the home-from-home comforts you would expect, plus the added freedom to come and go as you please, day and night.

As most villas are privately owned, each is different in style, design, character and layout however you can rest assured that all our private villas are air-conditioned, have a screened off private swimming pool to stop pesky mosquitoes (mainly in the summer months), a fully equipped kitchen with appliances and have at least two bathrooms.

Each villa does have the facility to have heated pool heat however this is an additional charge.

Choose from three bedroom villas up to six-bedroom villas. Each villa features a living area and fully equipped kitchen which include washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave and oven, a private screened swimming pool, towels and linen provided.

Additional charges will be made for cots, high chairs and pool heat.
