FREE Baggage Allowance:
Unlike many low-cost airlines and charter flights, British Airways offer FREE baggage allowance! As a World Traveller passenger travelling to Orlando, Florida, you can take one bag weighing up to 23kgs at no additional cost. You can take two pieces of hand baggage on board all British Airways flights as well, this can be one standard size bag and one laptop size bag, handbag or briefcase (subject to change without notice).

Check-in Online:
You can make the start of your journey as enjoyable and stress free as possible by checking in online from 24 hours before your flight departs. Check in online from the comfort of your home or hotel, choose your seat and print your Boarding Pass.

Check-in the night before (NEW)
Or, there is a new service available for passengers who are departing from Gatwick where you can check in, deposit baggage and collect your boarding cards, the day before your flight departs. Early check-in is available between 16:00 and 22:00 on the day prior to departure and to use this facility you will need to present, with all relevant documentation and all checked baggage as though you are about to travel.

Check-in at the airport
Alternatively, you can save time at the airport by using a check-in kiosk. BA staff will be around to offer friendly assistance. Choose your seat, print and collect your Boarding Pass and drop off your bags at the British Airways Fast Bag Drop desks. If you prefer, you can go to one of the BA check-in desks
