Many of our private villas, townhomes and condos can be found near the Kissimmee area, usually within a 25 minute drive of Walt Disney World Resort, along the US-192 or US-27 (in Polk or Osceloa County). They can range from standard homes, which offer basic furniture and amenities to some of the finest villa accommodation in the whole of America.

All villas and townhomes are allocated on arrival, unless otherwise stated.

After driving to our Homes Center, located on the US-192 in the Kissimmee area, you will then be given the keys and driving directions to you allocated villa. If you would rather know your villa location before leaving the UK, not a problem, we offer an array of named villa locations however you will pay a premium to guarantee a villa location.
