The Kitchen - Neon lights set the tone in this restaurant with an open kitchen that frequently welcomes celebrity chefs. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The Palm Restaurant - Specializing in New York steaks, prime cuts of beef, and jumbo lobster. Caricatures of celebrities are featured on the walls. Dinner only.

Velvet Bar - On the lobby level, this 1960s-style bar with indoor and outdoor poolside seating is a popular gathering place to grab a martini at the end of the day. Open late afternoon to late evening.

The Beach Club - This poolside bar and grill serves specialty drinks and light fare such as hot dogs, chicken, and hamburgers. Open mid-morning to late evening (weather permitting).

Emack and Bolios - Ice cream, soft drinks, and light snacks are offered poolside on the lower level.

Starbucks - This popular coffee-and-pastry spot is open early morning to late evening.
