Dining opportunities
Hemingway’s - Set atop a rock grotto overlooking a palm-fringed, lagoon-like pool, Hemingway’s recreates the ambiance and flavour of Old Florida, from the pre-dinner specialty drink, “Papa Doble,” to coffee and dessert. Outside, the screened patio offers a relaxed open-air atmosphere.
White Horse Sports Bar & Grill - In addition to big-screen TVs at the bar area, this restaurant offers an expansive appetizer list and entrees such as steaks, fresh seafood, and tender lamb chops.
Palm Café - This deli-style restaurant and general store is great for guests on the go. Open continuously throughout the day, the casual setting offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as an outdoor patio dining area.
La Coquina - The hotel’s more formal dining room overlooks Lake Windsong. A champagne Sunday brunch (seasonal) features a French marketplace theme.
Cascade - Accented by a brass spiral staircase and a 35-foot bronze mermaid sculpture, the hotel’s main dining room offers views of the lagoon and Lake Windsong.
