What is Supplier Failure Cover?

Every time you book a hotel or car rental with Complete Orlando, Supplier Failure Cover is included FREE OF CHARGE!

Unknown to many people, if you’re booking your holiday components individually i.e. flights direct with the airline, hotel through another company and so on, you will not be covered by ATOL as you are not booking an ‘air-inclusive holiday. Therefore when booking individual holiday components (for example accommodation only, car only or even attraction ticket only) through Complete Orlando, we give you ‘Supplier Failure Cover’ FREE OF CHARGE!

Supplier Failure Cover is provided by Rock Insurance and underwritten by the Insurance giant Europe Assistance. It covers you, the customer in the event of the failure of a supplier of flights, car rental or accommodation.

In the event of a failure you are covered for up to £5,000 for the cost of replacing each of the failed services. You simply find and book a new hotel immediately and then claim the money back via the SFC policy. Even if the price of the hotel is double the cost is covered for up to £5,000 per person, so unlike the ATOL scheme which only refund what you have paid, you are highly unlikely to be left out of pocket.

What is covered?

• Flights – if any of the following occur the you will have cover up to £5,000 for replacement services
  • The airline ceases trading
  • The airline cancels the flight and does not offer an alternative
  • The flight is delayed (for any reason – not just financial failure!) by more than 12 hours, and the airline cannot offer an alternative within 12 hours of the intended departure time
• Accommodation - if the hotel supplier (bed bank or overseas ground handler or the hotel itself ceases trading), you will have cover up to £5,000 for replacement services
• Car Rental - if the car rental supplier or car company ceases trading you will have cover up to £5,000 for replacement services

How do I get Supplier Failure Cover?

When the booking is complete you will receive a voucher. This voucher will act as your policy confirmation. You should keep the voucher safe and ensure that you take it on holiday with you.
