Price Promise

We believe that our prices represent excellent value for money.

Therefore, if you find an exact like-for-like holiday via another fully ATOL bonded tour operator (proof required) which is available for the same dates, we will either match the price or do our best to even beat it. Likewise, if you book with Complete Orlando and subsequently find the exact same holiday cheaper elsewhere (within 5 days of booking), we will refund the difference.
Our price promise is only valid for 5 days from the date of the original booking. Once your Complete Orlando holiday is booked, it’s booked; and therefore means you have agreed and accepted our terms and conditions. Normal cancellation charges will apply at time of booking. No further price match will apply after 5 days of booking.

Our price promise excludes: Disney Hotel accommodation only bookings, car rental only bookings, any special offers, free child places, fly-drives, charter flights, late availability offers, specific travel agent offers, group booking discounts, free add-ons and insurance premiums. If attraction tickets are included in the price match they must be real tickets, not a voucher or "e-ticket". If we price match with another company then we reserve the right to withdraw any added value that we would normally send with the tickets.

Lastly, due to the nature of the flight-only market, we may have to restrict flight-only bookings to certain airlines/ times of the year. For flight only bookings, please telephone our call centre.
