Relax, kick-back and enjoy your Disney holiday Caribbean Disney-style! Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort consists of six brightly coloured “villages”, aptly named after popular Caribbean islands such as Aruba, Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad, all of which surround a 45-acre lake named Barefoot Bay.

Each of the villages are made up of clusters of two-storey buildings that blend cool pastel walls, white-wood railings and vividly coloured metal roofs. Each village has its own swimming pool and playground and offers cabanas and hammocks for relaxing moments in the sun. Bustling Old Port Royale, a festive gathering market place where you will also find the food court, Shutters Restaurant and the resorts shops, offers a Spanish fortress-themed pool with a slide as well as recreation, dining, and shopping.

Dive into fun at any of the six heated pools located throughout the island villages, or enjoy a swashbuckling adventure complete with waterfalls, water slides, shooting water cannons and more at the newly refurbished feature pool at Old Port Royale. There are bikes for hire, nature trails, a lively shopping bazaar, food court and table-service dining making this the perfect all-round family destination. If you’re not soaking up the Caribbean ambience, then no doubt you’ll be at one of the magical Disney parks.

Market Street Food Court - Perfect for families, this food court features four counter-service windows with everything from burgers and subs to cinnamon buns. The spacious dining room seats 500 and an outdoor patio is available. A Grab-N-Go Market is also available at this dining location.

Shutters Restaurant - This casual, table-service restaurant features Caribbean-inspired specialties and tropical drinks such as tangerine margaritas and mango mojitos. Entrées range from an all-American prime rib to oven-roasted jerk chicken and teriyaki-marinated tofu stir-fry. Desserts include a French-toast bread pudding with caramelized roasted bananas and coconut ice cream. Dinner only.

Banana Cabana - This poolside bar, which is open most of the day, features frozen specialty drinks and other alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Light snacks are available.
