Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is an established, gated community located on US27 on one of the more prestigious golf courses in central Florida. This resort area is in a good location for restaurants and shops, with Walt Disney World located just a 25 minute drive away, Universal Orlando & SeaWorld Orlando within a 35 minute drive - the location is second to none. Facilities for transportation are not available on site so a car is recommended during your stay however free parking is available.

There are many activities for you to enjoy while in Southern Dunes, from the renowned golf course, club house and bar, communal swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts and a supermarket open 24 hours located close to the US27 Highway and the I4 interstate is very easily reached for trips further afield.

All air-conditioned villas have at least two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, a lounge and dining area, cable TV, DVD and/or VCR, telephone, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, private swimming pool (pool heating not included), sun deck with patio furniture.

All reservations of 5 nights or less will be subject to a clean fee, to be added at the time of booking and varies, depending on the size of home

Located within this villa community is the Southern Dunes club house which has a great restaurant where a full service breakfast and lunch is available. Drinks and snacks can also be purchased throughout the day from the friendly beverage cart personnel. Just a short walk away is Wallmart (a 24-hour shopping centre) and fast food restaurants.

The Standard Villas at Southern Dunes offer basic yet comfortable accommodation. All villas have at least two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite , living room, at least two TVs, standard furniture package, basic patio furniture, fully equipped kitchen with utensils, washer/dryer and dishwasher, private swimming pool (pool heating not included).
